Update 10/1/2025: it has been 6 months since the exterior of my house has been painted. I have reached out on multiple different occasions and have sent photos, the fascia paint has bubbled on a large portion of the front of my home. I have yet to hear back from Frank or anyone from Novielli. I was hoping they would stand behind their work and come back to make it right.

Novielli Painting goes above and beyond to make sure you are a happy customer. Frank was great at communication and walked me through the step by step process and then delivered an end product that exceeded my expectations. Very thorough work, always on time, and kept me informed through it all. At the end he walked through the entire job to make sure I was completely satisfied. Honestly great people, I will be back for any future painting needs.

Novielli painting did a wonderful job on our home ! Frank provided such great customer service to us personally when we really needed a miracle. He took care of us when we were in a stressful and unexpected time crunch before moving. Even though we were under pressure, he handled everything with care and went above and beyond to address our needs. In addition, the quality of the end result ended up being premium and very beautiful, —our home looks wonderful and is like a bran new home. We needed interior paint in most of our rooms and the painters far exceeded our expectations. We are so happy with the result and truly grateful we found Frank. We had a tremendously positive experience with Novielli Painting. The work completed on the exterior of our home was beautiful and carefully done... it looks gorgeous. I really appreciated the time Frank spent with me discussing options and offering suggestions; his professional input was invaluable to me. The team he brings to prep and paint were all super efficient and skilled, making the process quick and smooth. We would highly recommend Novielli Painting for painting the exterior of your home. To be honest we probably should've had our home painted a year or two ago...in other words, Novielli had a little scrapping and sanding to do on our eaves and other wood work. We also had an area that was covered with ivy that they needed to re-dash to cover the vine imprints. Super happy with the service and the finished product. Our main contact was Samuel Novielli and he was always quick to respond to answer our questions and kept us informed throughout the entire project. He walked around the house with us when painters were near finished, found a few areas that needed touching up, and responded quickly to complete the job. We will certainly use them in the future.

Love! Novielli Painting did a fabulous job on my house. Helped me every step of the way from picking out colors, to making sure every detail was thought of from where the paint starts and ends on the trim, and how to coordinate the pops outs. I'm very happy with the painting project done in my kitchen. I love how how my cabinets turned out. Color was SW Pure White semi-gloss. The painter (Alexander) who did this job all by himself was a perfectionist. So glad. I'm hoping to hire Novielli Painting again to paint exterior fence. They're professional, affordable, and have great customer service. They really care about doing the job right ✅️
