While others did poor work, provided bad customer service, and missed their own deadlines, Novelli Painting stepped up. Frank and his son and coowner, Samuel, even came out the day before Thanksgiving to finish our home. We highly recommend them and look forward to working with them again.
Let me tell you, I am not one to leave reviews however these days it is hard to find a business that goes above and beyond. Novielli Painting goes above and beyond to make sure you are a happy customer. Frank was great at communication and walked me through the step by step process and then delivered an end product that exceeded my expectations. Very thorough work, always on time, and kept me informed through it all. At the end he walked through the entire job to make sure I was completely satisfied. Novielli painting did a wonderful job on our home ! Frank provided such great customer service to us personally when we really needed a miracle. He took care of us when we were in a stressful and unexpected time crunch before moving. Even though we were under pressure, he handled everything with care and went above and beyond to address our needs. Novielli Painting did an amazing job on my home. The transformation is stunning—it went from dated to modern thanks to their expert work and our collaboration on picking great paint colors. We went with Sherwin-Williams Iron Ore and Alabaster, and the colors look incredible together. Their attention to detail was outstanding. The prep work was so thorough, including patching holes and removing old cables and nails. They even were able to replace old damaged wood trim and paint our old garage door to look seamless, shiny new. The team was professional, kind, and very easy to work with. Communication was clear and consistent, and the pricing was fair and upfront. I truly appreciated their craftsmanship and how smooth the whole process was. I highly recommend Novielli Painting to anyone looking for quality work and a beautiful result.

I could not recommend Novielli Painting more. Frank was responsive and was able to meet, discuss the work, and deliver his quote within a day. Both Frank and Tino are extremely knowledgeable and gave us helpful advice regarding color and paint finish when we asked for their thoughts. Tino was incredibly thorough and did a fantastic job coordinating with with us to ensure that their work met our expectations. He regularly shared project updates and photos as the work progressed. Tino, Manuel, and Kevin were friendly, detail oriented, and very skilled painters.

The most amazing experience with a contractor I’ve ever had. ❤️ I come from 30 years of home improvement work, and am the daughter of the customer, my 87 year old mother. From the day of our first meeting with Frank the owner, we knew we were in good hands. A true family man, understanding and compassionate of her situation. His crews were amazing. The most respectful, and responsible young men. Every detail was done to perfection. His communication is impeccable, calling every day and showing up on the job, just to check on progress. I can’t express my appreciation of his work ethic. He expects perfection and that’s what we got. We were comfortable with trustworthy people in the home that handled everything with TLC. (btw, I’m talking about moving furniture, taking down window coverings, all bathroom fixtures etc… and putting them back like new!) This is rare… this is truly an amazing company and they have my utmost faith. Thank you Frank!!! From my mom & I… more work to come.

Frank and his team are AMAZING…. Best in the business. He has a Team that can provide all your needs. His team installed our redwood fence much better job and less expensive than any fencing contractor. He is painting touch ups and repairing our painted cabinets from our previous contractors mistakes. Get it done right the first time…..call Frank
Frank and Samuel (and their team) did a great job and transformed our house. Billie was very responsive. Ivan did a great job patching some really bad stucco spots that needed a lot of attention. Samuel checked in every day, walked the property, pointed out things that he wanted touched up that we hadn’t noticed. They took great care of us and we are very pleased. The price seemed very reasonable was lower than other quotes. At the end of the day, it is about the quality of people that you work with and these guys are top notch (the house looks great also)
